Procedure History Viewer For MicroMD®

View Medical Manager® Procedures Within MicroMD

The Medical Manager to MicroMD conversion process from Micro-Office Systems, Inc. does NOT convert charges from Medical Manager that were paid off and archived to procedure history. However, this information IS provided in the form of a Microsoft Access database that is distributed with the converted MicroMD dataset. For clients that have Microsoft Access, this data can be viewed directly, and reports from within Microsoft Access can be run to view the data. However, this is a multi-step process, and not everyone has Microsoft Access. Therefore, the Procedure History Viewer has been developed to view this Microsoft Access data from directly within MicroMD. The Procedure History Viewer attaches to the MicroMD menu and will show all of the historical charge / payment data for the patient.




Features Include:

• View data directly from the MicroMD® menu
• Sort the charges by any of the displayed columns
• View the payments corresponding to the charge by clicking on the charge
• Option to view all payments independent of the charge
• Ability to view all of the charge / payment data in a Web browser (for report display and printing)
• Ability to export the patient / charge / payment data to an XML file for transfer to other systems that support XML.
