Micro-Office Systems was founded in 1985, focusing on one important goal: to craft custom medical practice solutions that maximize the benefits of existing/installed software packages and infrastructure. Since then we have become the leading provider of custom DML® interfaces that connect and leverage the capabilities of Medical Manager® with just about every other medical office package currently available.

But we didn't stop there. Instead of having your medical practice conform to a software package, we make the package conform to your medical practice. What a concept! First, we made our custom solutions connect disparate billing, schedule, and record (EMR) systems to each other. Then we craft user interfaces and dynamic reports that focus on the way your practice functions.

Listening to our customers, we began a data conversion service in 1996. This service allows us to transform your data formatted for a particular software package into a format that is readable by another software package. Our expertise in data conversion enables us to provide you with 100% data integrity and extremely fast turn-around.

As a true partner to our clients we are dedicated to a long-term relationship. In addition to helping you grow your practice and incremental revenues, we provide vital resources such as user support forums (for products like MicroMD®, ImpactMD®, Medical Manager® and others), utilities, research, and lists of product dealers to help you make informed decisions easily and quickly.

With the advent of new technologies, Micro-Office Systems is there for you. We recently began intensive development of web portal services such as our flagship product The Patient Communications Gateway. Our custom practice automation tools will give the health care providers of your practice an intuitive way to extend the benefits of your existing systems outside the office.
